Coffee Banana Smoothie Recipe

Coffee Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 Frozen Banana, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup Freshly Brewed Coffee, chilled
1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
1/4 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
3/4 cup Milk
4 Ice Cubes
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/3 cup Bubble Tea Tapioca Perls (optional, for garnishing)
Directions:
  1. Place banana, brewed coffee, yogurt, ice cream and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth puree.
  2. Add milk and ice cubes; blend again on high speed for 20 seconds.
  3. Optionally add bubble tea tapioca pearls in the glass as garnish, fill up glasses with prepared drink and serve with large straw.
Tips and Variations:
  • Pour brewed coffee in ice tray and place it in freezer to make coffee ice cubes. Use them in place of coffee liquid to make an iced coffee smoothie.
Taste: Sweet and creamy
